Healthy touch is one of our most basic needs, and yet one of society’s greatest deprivations as our jobs and lives have become more isolating. Using mostly thumbs and palm pressure, let’s practice simple and fun techniques on a partner based on Japanese shiatsu therapy. Learn how to identify areas holding physical or emotional tension, and how communicate with unconditional, loving touch. Create a relaxing head to toe massage exchange through loose, comfy clothing, with the sister of your choice, or the friend you came with.

What do you see first when you look at your face in the mirror? Would you like to know what others see, and how to recognize and use your innate gifts to your advantage? Or perhaps you wish to find out how the last couple of years of hiding behind masks may have affected our ability to interact with others. This intro to the ancient art of Facial intelligence will not only show you how subtle changes we make to our appearance can affect the way we are perceived, but can also enhance our favourite, or downplay our least favourite attributes.

You will learn what energy is as well as what are the clairs and how to work with them every day. Your environment will make much more sense, and you will understand how to move through it and make magic happen every day. Here, you will practice how to read energy in pictures and objects. Bring a photo and a personal item. It will be so much fun to tap into your intuition, energy and the clairs.

Learn about the 7 Chakras and make your very own, one-of-a-kind Chakra Bracelet. We will also be learning about the crystals you’re using to create your bracelets and how they coordinate with the 7 Chakra colours.

Divine Feminine energy is within all of us. We are all a balance of Feminine and Masculine energy.
For centuries, patriarchal society has pushed down and shamed all things Feminine.
When we move into accepting and healing our own Divine Feminine energy, we move into our intuition, our connection to self and to others, to compassion, to desire.
Imagine the radical revolution that would happen if more people lived from a place of compassion? The rise of the Feminine within all of us will change the world as we know it.

As we create, we will learn and discuss the meaning/tradition behind the medicine bag and what is carried within it. You will leave camp with a bag that you can wear or carry with you that is sacred and has deep spiritual, mental, emotional and physical connection to you as you will have used all of these capacities to create it!

If you’ve been curious about Nordic Pole Walking, how to do it, what the benefits are, then now is your chance to check-it out. Patricia will take you through the basics and then we will enjoy a short practice walk so you can get into the flow.

Remember when you didn’t stare at a blank piece of paper worried about whether or not you knew how to paint? In this workshop we will create underwater works of art full of movement and life using only our fingers and our imaginations. Let’s get messy and not just create art, we’ll also dive right in and become PART of the art! Your inner child is waiting to come out and play.

In this special embodiment ceremony it will be possible to own who we are, to embrace our shadow parts and bring ourselves fully into the light. In so doing, somehow the traits which used to embarrass us or surface only to cause upset in our lives, no longer have the power over us they once did.
When we take off the masks and are being our authentic self we can show up fully and step into our full potential. We will end with visualization and breath work to connect with our future self.

This is a fun, exciting, and critically acclaimed women’s personal safety and empowerment program. ABC teaches self-defense and effective strategies to recognize, avoid, and respond to unwanted encounters or physical violence perpetrated by strangers and/or people you know.

A fun-filled session where using materials both provided and collected around Camp, we will create together everything you need to set up a sacred space in your home, office, cottage – the options are limitless.
When we have somewhere dedicated to calling our own, where we can practice, meditate, and contemplate – a special setting that we have created ourselves, infusing our own energies and intentions, our practice takes on a sacredness.

Where do you have boundaries, where do you need them, and what support do you need in setting them. From relationships, to work. From kids to holidays. From outside distractions to saying yes to yourself first!!
First we will explore where boundaries are lacking where they are needed. Then we will explore solutions and support to allow you to set the boundaries you need to honour self.
You are worthy of setting boundaries.

Join Rachel as you are guided to mindfully use your senses among the natural world as we take time to move, breathe, reflect and rest. Forest bathing is not simply a walk in the woods – it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. You’ll leave with first-hand experience of the benefits of spending mindful time in nature, and feel rejuvenated.

You will get a printed version of the journal to use at camp and to keep after. We will talk about what it means to play and why it is important. You will use the prompts in this journal to release your inner child. Don’t think too hard and don’t try to be perfect! The prompts are designed to be easy to start and fun to play with. So what are you waiting for?? Start playing!

Learn techniques and tools that would take us from negative thinking to being curious about situations and opportunities. We will put this into action via working through real scenarios.

This workshop has been created for those who are looking to gain back their authentic self through healing their inner child and deeply rooted pain. Sacred High Tea is an intimate ceremony where you awaken both your subconscious and conscious mind through a uniquely handcrafted plant medicine tea/smoking blend. You will then complete a series of prompted steps to expose unhealed trauma and create a new foundation of your total life force energetics in positive framework. Meet Heather DelRosario, Co-Founder of Soul Full Camp

Many people think that an awakening happens all at once, but in my experience, it was a series of little moments.
Subtle shifts in awareness that built upon each other led me to look at myself in the mirror, hold my gaze and say to myself, “I’m making the decision that I don’t want to live like this anymore. It was time to find me.”
In the years since that pivotal moment, I’ve uncovered my purpose and have helped hundreds of women create change in their life through Soul Full Camp experiences, just like this one at Joy Camp in Bancroft.
Meet Jenny McKee, Co-Founder of Soul Full Camp

Art, meditation, hypnosis, journaling, and reading were therapeutic and healing tools that I learned during my own mental health journey, and they continue to support me over ten years later.
Workshops, conferences, and retreats allowed me to learn these invaluable tools that I continue to use and widened my circle of like-minded people who, like me, choose to access this work to support themselves in their journey.
Just as Soul Full Camp does today for hundreds of women each year with different camp experiences held at multiple locations in North America.
Give yourself the gift of Camp! You’ll be so glad you did.

Must be 18 or older to attend.
Our Refund Policy
We know sometimes life happens and so we will provide a full refund 30 days prior to your camp less a $75 administration fee. Anything less than 30 days to camp has no refund, however you are welcome to gift your ticket to someone else (a $25 admin charge will apply), as long as you notify us in writing at [email protected].
But we really, really don’t want you to do that. Why? Because we know, from personal experience, how easy it can be to second-guess your instincts and say, “Oh gee, I don’t reeeeally need to go. What was I thinking?” or “(Sigh) Life is just so busy, I can’t possibly get away! Oops! Changed my mind!”
So we’re saying, “No way. None of that.”
Instead we’re saying, respect your time and respect ours. Say “heck yes” to the experiences that you really want, in life — and show up.
Any questions before you commit? Email us at [email protected] for a caring, non-judgmental response. Prefer to talk on the phone? Mention that in your email and we’ll set up a date to chat.
